Ideal Home Division
We provide loans to construct or to purchase a House/Shop House/Commercial Buildings and also loans for Purchase of a Land and Land Finance within the minimum processing period. Loans can be obtained within seven days provided that all necessary documents are submitted.
A. Construction Loans
- Loans will be granted for the construction of a house/ shop house/commercial building.
- Loans up to Rs.20 million.
- 100% of the BOQ will be granted without considering the land value.

B. Purchasing Loans
- Loans will be granted to purchase a house/shop house/commercial building.
- Loans up to Rs.20 million.
- 100% of the valuation will be granted.(fornew)
C. Purchase + Construction Loans
- 50% of the land value will be granted to purchase a block of land located within the city limits.
100% of the BOQ will be granted to construct a commercial building.
- Loans will be granted to purchase an incomplete house/shop house/commercial building and 100% of BOQ will be granted to complete the balance.
D. Land Purchase
- 70% of the valuation will be granted to purchase of a block of land.
E. Land Finance
- 50% of valuation of bare land will be granted for your business and personal financial requirements.

Other benefits
- An additional loan of 10% could be obtained to purchase household appliances/electricity connection/water connection or landscaping.
- No age limit.
- Special schemes for those who work abroad.
Loan Repayment Period
Up to 25 years (maximum)
Flexible repayment schemes are also available.

Documents to be submitted along with the application:
- Copy of transferred deed
- Two passport size colour photographs
- Approved survey plan
- Approved house/building plan (approved within 06 - 12 months)
- Permission to access property
- Permission to access present residence
- Estimate (BOQ)
- Certificate of conformity
- Documents from the local authority such as;
- Street line certificate
- Non-vesting certificate
- Ownership certificate
- Assessment notice
- Tax receipts
- Identity card/passport/driving license
- Letter from vendor indicating the selling price and vendor's identity card no.
- Marriage certificate/birth certificate
- Proof of income
- Service certificate from the relevant company
- Salary slips for the last 6 months
- Business registration certificate
- Final accounts, etc.
