| Speaking at the recently concluded event held in view of this appointment, Mrs. Padmini Karunanayake, Chief Executive Director of The Finance said “we are extremely proud to be appointed as a distributor for Ceylico FastCash. This will enable customers to enjoy the benefits of this remittance system while also transacting business through our island wide branch network, conveniently”. She went on to say that the Ceylico FastCash service was an innovation of our Chairman, Deshamanya Dr. Lalith Kotalawala and his vision certainly is to establish a local brand in the global market that will service our community bringing about pride to our country. |

| Mr. Hiran de Silva, Executive Director/CEO of Ceylinco Express Remittance (Pte) Ltd, who too was present at the occasion stated that this is a high-tech remittance management system based in Singapore that enables a secure and speedy service using state of the art technology. “This is not a mere money remittance service but gives a host of other benefits and value additions” he added. Further, he stated that the Ceylinc FastCash remittance system at present operates in the United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka and Singapore. This will be rolled out to other countries shortly |
