|
| |
| Summary |
| The oldest finance company in Sri Lanka recently launched the latest service known as TFC Palm Top for the convenience of its customers. This facility will enable customers of The Finance Company to conduct their financial transactions at home, the workplace or anywhere else the service has been introduced.
|
| |
| Basically, the Palm Top service will operate through assigned company representatives who will come to the customer’s doorstep and attend to their financial requirements online. This novel concept will usher in a new era of convenience for the customer, in accordance with the vision of the company’s Chairman Deshamanya Dr. Lalith Kotelawala.
|
| |
|
| At present, this service offers facilities to withdraw from savings accounts, deposit into savings accounts, make rental payments on loan accounts (hire purchase, leasing, housing loans, etc.) and check the account balance. It will gradually be expanded with more services in the future. |
| |
| The Finance Company – the first finance company in Sri Lanka to earn the A+ rating - is quite confident of the success of the Palm Top service as it combines the latest technology with a human touch in a manner that appeals to everybody. It will certainly give the company an edge over its competition and enhance their customer base. |

This will provide system-generated confirmation for every transaction carried out, thereby ensuring, from the customer’s point of view, that it is a very safe transaction.
|
| |
| The Palm Top service is currently available at 13 branches –City branch, Union Place, Borella, Nugegoda, Kadawatha, Gampaha, Nittambuwa, Negombo, Kalutara, Galle, Moratuwa, Kurunegala and Kandy. The service will gradually be expanded to cover more areas throughout the country.
